Dear Mr Bell
Further to my email below, please note that we hold data on average
processing times per country of training. Please can you clarify whether
you are seeking processing times for registration decisions or whether
you want processing times for other decisions, such as on-hold and
refusals. If you would like us to include these decisions, please
specify whether you want one average time for all decisions or for each
type?
Kind regards
Rupinder
Dear Mr Bell

Dear Rupinder Panesar,
Thank you for an excellent response. The HPC who will take over your function say they are unable to produce such information. Very worrying. Please pass on our dialogue to who ever is dealing with this from the GSCC end.
Yours sincerely,
Charles Bell
