Dear Gwynedd Council,
Can you please state how many requests by parents for their child/children to be granted permission to take leave for annual holiday during school term have been received by Ysgol Cymerau, Pwllheli, Gwynedd for the academic school years of 2018 & 2019
Of the year 2018 a) How many requests, b) How many granted, c) How many denied
I ask for the same information for the academic year (to date) of the year 2019
For those granted what was the rational
For those denied what was the rational
Is any disability or illness of the child/children considered in the decision making process

Thank you for your suggestion however other than Gwynedd Council relying on FOI guidance as not having to action my FOI request for data I please ask that you provide the data requested.
I have a number of reasons for not wishing to contact the school directly including a) Dependent upon the data you provide I may make a further requests of a similar nature regarding other primary & secondary schools in Gwynedd and contacting each separatley is not feesable, b) I do not have a child attending the school in question and therfore would not seek to contact the school directly and potentially distract teachers from their roles
