proceedings of shadow police and crime panel relating to PCC appointments etc

The request was partially successful.

Dear Lincolnshire Police Authority,

I would like to review any papers relating to the workings of the Police and Crime panel (albeit in shadow form at this stage).

What involvement has there been by PA or associated staff in the panel's formation? How much time and what costs have been associated with this?
Has anyone from the PA (whether officers, members or executive) attended any meetings of the shadow panel. Any minutes, agendas, papers, supporting documents for any meeting(s) are requested.

Yours faithfully,

Rex Imperator

King, John (Police Authority),

have attended meetings of the shadow PCP, namely, Councillor Graham Dark
