Dear Oxford City Council,
I am aware that by law the council should have responded to my
request promptly by the 16th November, is there a reason for this delay?

Yours faithfully,

Amer Akbar

Oxford City Council

Dear Mr Akbar

Thank you for your email below.  I am sorry for the time that it is taking
to respond to your FOI request of 22^nd October 2012.  By my calculation,
the 20 working days expired yesterday, not on 16^th November 2012.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to provide all the data that you have
requested.  I am informed by colleagues in Environmental Development that
it is not readily available and that to obtain it is likely to take in
excess of the time limited allowed by the Freedom of Information Act
(about 18.5 hours per request).  However, it will be possible to provide
some of the information that you are seeking and I will send this to you
as soon as I can.

Yours sincerely
