a.    Seven devices under contract

b.    No Contracts individually purchased 7 x inkjet printers.

a.    The three MFD’s on a three year lease which started in August 2016. 
Additional four copiers on a two-year extension to the original three year
lease. End dates in Dec 2018 & March 2019

10. The Commission uses SharePoint 2010 for its intranet and document
management platform.

 

11. Adobe Pro.  We do not pay annually for licence. We have purchased the
licences outright. We have 35 Adobe Pro licences.
