I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, details in respect to the contract below.

RM6170: Print Management Services Order Form Template (Command and House Papers Service only) (con_17921):

The details we require are:
• What are the contractual performance KPI's for this contract?
• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages
• Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date
• Start date & duration of framework/contract?
• Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?
• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

Our Response: 

This is a Call-Off Contract procured via a CCS Framework  RM6170, so we
are only able to provide information specific to our Call-Off Contract,
and not the Framework as a whole. Please see [2]Search agreements - CCS
(crowncommercial.gov.uk) for more information on framework RM6170. We are
not able to share all details on suppliers, copy of product specification
due to commercial sensitivity.

Standard software SLA’s apply to this contract for the contractual KPI
performance.

The Total Contract value to date on the Print Management Services contract
is £40,000.
 
The Start date of the call off contract is 02/08/2022. The contract
Duration is 1 year + 1 year extension option. The end date for the call
off contract is 01/08/2023.
Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so,
the duration of the extension? Yes. The extension provision was for 1
year.
The senior officer responsible for this contract is

being either extended or renewed? No decision has been made.
