2. Who is the manufacturer of these devices and what is the name of the supplier your contract is with (if different)?
3. What are the start and end dates of the contract(s) for MFDs and Photocopiers?
4. What are the annual volumes produced on MFDs and Photocopiers?
5. Which procurement route or framework was used to procure this service?
6. Who is the named person and their role within the organisation who is responsible for this contract?
7. Do you use any Print Management Software which may enable users to release printing when they identify themselves at the device or to recharge the cost of print to departments/users? If yes, which brand of software do you use and is this supplied by the same supplier as MFDs and Photocopiers? If not, who supplies the Print Management Software?
8. Please state the number of single-function printers in your organisation
