regarding press office emails.

A request is not valid if it does not, in accordance with section 8(1)(b)
of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA), state the name
of the applicant and an address for correspondence.  There is evidence in
the public domain to indicate that the name in which this request has been
submitted has been used as a pseudonym by an unidentified individual. As
your request states a pseudonym instead of your actual name, we do not
consider it to be a valid request.  Accordingly, we are not obliged to
respond to it.

However, if you provide your actual name and proof of your identity as
detailed in the list below, we would be able to consider a new request for
information and respond in accordance with FOISA.  Acceptable forms of
identification are:

·       Copy of your passport or driving licence; or

·       Copy of your birth certificate; or

·       A utility bill showing your full name and address dated within the
last three months.
