Dear Thirteen Group,
I am requesting information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Specifically I am wanting data on how many complaints were received by Thirteen from their tenants regarding the presence of asbestos and mould between 2016-2020, broken down by area, and by calendar year. I would like to know how many of these complaints were resolved successfully, how many are still ongoing, and how many have been referred to higher authorities as a result of the dissatisfaction of the tenants. If possible I would also like statistics on how long it took for the successful cases to be resolved.
