Dear NHS Bury Clinical Commissioning Group,

Please can you :

1. Provide a copy of the Equality Impact Assessment that was performed for the Prescribing for Clinical Need Policy created, rolled out to GP practices and overseen by NHS Bury CCG?

2. What processes and measures have been considered to ensure that the Prescribing for Clinical Need Policy does not impact or unlawfully discriminate against patients who live with disabilities and / or live with chronic health conditions as described in the Equality Act 2010?

3. What ongoing processes and measures are in place to ensure that the Prescribing for Clinical Need Policy does not impact or unlawfully discriminate against patients who live with disabilities and / or live with chronic health conditions as described in the Equality Act 2010 in the future?
