Freedom of Information Request – Preparatory works

I am writing to confirm that we have now completed our search for the
information,

which you requested on 26^th October 2021.

Your Request - Could you please provide me with copies of tender
submissions received from your contractors since 1 June 2021, and
subsequent instructions issued to them, for works at the 68 Historical
Railways Estate structures proposed for "Infill" or "Demolition" as part
of your Major Works programme, as currently published online.

"Works" would include - but not be limited to - vegetation clearance,
establishment of access routes, assistance with ecological studies etc.

* Our Response – The information that you requested is attached, please
note that all infilling and demolition works are currently paused and
ecological works are required for major works whatever form that might
take.  Please note that redactions have been made under Regulation 13
of the Environmental Information Regulations for personal information
and Section 43 of the Freedom of information Act for Commercial
interests.

If you are unhappy with the way we have handled your request you may ask
for an

internal review within 2 months of the date of this response for Freedom
of Information

requests and within 40 days for Environmental Information Regulations
requests.
