Dear A2 Dominion Housing,

I am working for the London Borough of Hillingdon preparing an analysis and they have asked me to find out the following:

Has A2 Dominion or your agents ever sent PQQs to a contractor known as Breyer Group plc and if so how many PQQs were sent out to Breyer Group plc with a return date from 19 September 2012 to today?

Of the PQQs sent out to Breyer Group plc, how many were returned to you or your agent?

Of the PQQs sent out are applicants asked whether they have ever had a contract terminated, say within the last 3 years, and if so is this classed as a FAIL if they answer yes?

If Breyer Group plc returned completed PQQs and the question of terminated contracts is asked, did they list the following projects in this section: Triscott House, Hayes / Hayes End Library and/or Draper House, Southwark?

Please could you provide us with an electronic BLANK copy of the PQQs sent to Breyer Group plc as referred to above.

Housing Associations are not subject to the Freedom of Information Act
2000 and therefore do not have a statutory obligation to respond to
requests for information.  However we work closely with public authorities
which are subject to the Act and information about some of these
activities might well fall within the scope of the Act, along with some
environmental information.  In addition we are committed to being
accountable and transparent to our residents, local communities and other
stakeholders, and would generally look to make available information about
our work and services.

Whilst we believe that responding to requests for additional information
plays an important part in ensuring A2Dominion remains an open and
accountable organisation, we do not want to divert our staff from their
day to day work in providing services to our tenants.  We therefore assess
on a case by case basis whether or not it would be reasonable to provide
the information requested, even though we are not legally obliged to do
so. On this occasion we have decided not to provide you with information
you have requested.
