Practises used that confirm Covid 19 cases

The request was partially successful.

Dear University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust,

In light of legal cases not only in UK and around the globe already in process.

Please state how Covid 19 cases are being confirmed? Through which practise/s

The reason for my question is following seeing statements from Derby Royal through the Derbyshire and Burton live media, claiming deaths following specifically contracting what was labelled Covid 19.

Is this false reporting? Should the claims from the media have stated deaths within 28 days of a positive corona virus pcr test.

Thankyou for your help in this matter

Kind Regards,

Gavin Roberts
