Please provide the following data:

1. The total number of items of each of the following categories of PPE Procured since 1st March 2020 to 1st Dec 2020:

Type 2R masks
FFP2 Mask
FFP3 Masks

Aprons
Overshoes
OverSleeves
Goggles
Visors
Protective suits
Hand sanitizer
Disinfectant Wipes
Disinfectant sprays
Other

2. The total value of those items procured in the same timescale

3. The total number of those items issued

4. The average time each item is held in stock

5. The value of the current stock holding (stock in store and not issued or demanded)

It would be helpful if this information could be provided in a table format

6. The number of items of stock written off as non-compliant with appropriate standards and the value of stock written off in that time frame
