2020   £400,568

2021   £539,858

 

(2) What is the average time between a pothole being reported and filled?

 

2019   23 days

2020   51 days

2021   49 days

 

(3) How many legal claims have been made against the council as a result
of damage caused by potholes?

 

We acknowledge your clarification received on 6th April in which you
stated you are requesting information concerning civil claims both pre
litigated and litigated, and for vehicle and personal injury costs.

 

2019 - 47 claims received
2020 - 46 claims received
2021 - 37 claims received

(4) How much has this cost the council in compensation?

 

2019 - £1,858.35
2020 - £8,460.54
2021 - £122.18
