Dear Royal Mail Group Limited,
1) How many complaints were received between January 2010 and January 2011 concerning lost mail, undelivered mail (from any source). For the avoidance of doubt I am not requesting any information pertaining to how much lost mail there potentially was. I am requesting information specific to how many complaints were received.
2) I require information/statistics on how many complaints were received about the general service that Royal Mail Group Limited.
3) What is the staff turnover percentage at the Nuneaton sorting office?
4) How many members of staff have been dismissed or disciplined for conduct relating to mail theft or poor performance (inc. delivery performance) since January 2010.
5) What are the performance indicators for the Nuneaton sorting office from January 2010 to January 2011.
I do not require details of specific cases and I do not require any identifiable data that would breach the Data Protection Act 1998 or confidentiality.

the service products Royal Mail Group provides its customers. An
indication of the type of complaints or products you are interested in may

Dear Royal Mail Group Limited,
With regards to the "type" of complaints, I am specifically referring to complaints regarding the postal service itself (all mail inc. recorded delivery) and not any other RMGL product. This could be for late mail, undelivered mail, lost mail etc.
With regards to "performance indicators"; I am specifically looking for a wide range of measurements that are used by the Royal Mail Group Limited to measure the performance of the Nuneaton sorting office in comparison to the group performance.
If no such measures are used you can state so in your reply.
