Thank you for your email. Please be advised that is the Environment Agency (EA) that investigate and prosecute on matters related to pollution of any watercourse. The Board do however in all instances (in its district) work closely with the Environment Agency, Anglian Water and the County Council to help to identify the source of pollution and control and limit the damage that arises from it.
