For each of the last five years that figures are available, how
many people are being pursued for outstanding poll tax arrears (not
council tax), and how much money has the council brought in from
this?

collected and number of people.
The only information I can provide is amount of money collected for each
of the last five years;
2010/11 £3.30
2009/10 £6.46
2008/09 £595.10
2007/08 £114.33
2006/07 £371.97
