Could you please let the public know about what policy changes/ consultation took place after Julia Renton ( a psychologist) was made a Clinical Director of Community and Recovery Mental Health Services thereby making a psychologist in charge of direct line management of medical doctors ( and consultants) ?

Response: Policy changes are not required. Clinical Directors can be from
any clinical background. They do not have to be medically qualified.
