Dear Police Scotland,
I was wondering if you could provide me with the following information
(A) The crowd attendance at the Hearts V Hibernian football fixture on Sunday 17 August 2014 as recorded by the police
(B) The rank of officer that was in charge of policing this fixture
(C) A detailed breakdown of the costs incurred by the police to cover the costs of policing this fixture; If Police Scotland will be seeking to recoup 100% of the policing costs from the clubs, if not 100% why not
(D) The number of arrests at this fixture with a breakdown for the offence
(E) A copy of the pre-match, match and post match police reports excluding any information deemed confidentially and or sensitive
(F) The criteria the police match commanding officer followed in deciding were officers were to be positioned during this match
(G) If the Police made any additional security recommendations for this fixture eg; Additional Stewards required, additional security personnel required etc; If the club provided any the additional recommendations as requested by the police
(H) If its the police match commanding officer that decided what time roads surrounding the stadium were to be closed off to vehicluar traffic pre match and post match to deal with pedestrian traffic
(I) If the police made any requests to any local pub, off-licence, supermarket etc near the stadium prior to the match not to sell alcohol to persons to prevent public order incidents
