1. A copy of any Trans Inclusion Toolkit(s) and/or Transgender Learners Policy approved, used or distributed by your LEA.
2. A copy of the full Equality Impact Assessment undertaken before adopting, using or distributing the above.
3. If no documentation is held in relation to Q2 above, please indicate whether or not an Equality Impact Assessment was undertaken.
4. A copy of any information you hold regarding the process followed to check that the above policies and/or toolkit(s) are compliant with (and do not misrepresent) the Equality Act 2010, the Human Rights Act 1998, safeguarding legislation/Working Together, the Education Act 1996, the Education (School Premises) Regulations 1999 (regarding single-sex toilet provision) and other relevant legislation, including the outcome of such checks.
5. If no information is held in relation to Q4 above, please indicate whether or not such legal checks took place.
6. A copy of any information you hold regarding checks made to ensure that the content of the documents referred to in Q1 above reflected clinical best practice and current healthcare guidelines.
7. Details of any third sector organisations or external consultants involved in the process of preparing the documents referred to in Q1 above and the nature of their involvement.

Thank you for your request for information received on 16th June. We have
considered your request and enclose the following information:
1. A copy of any Trans Inclusion Toolkit(s) and/or Transgender Learners
Policy approved, used or distributed by your LEA.
Information not held.
However, the Local Authority is currently in the process of writing a
transgender toolkit to develop inclusive practice in supporting pupils in
schools. This is in response to requests from schools in how best to
support the needs of pupils. Consulting with pastoral leads, head
teachers, young people and colleagues in health is part of this process.
2. A copy of the full Equality Impact Assessment undertaken before
adopting, using or distributing the above.

3. If no documentation is held in relation to Q2 above, please indicate
whether or not an Equality Impact Assessment was undertaken.
Carrying out an equalities impact assessment will be part of this process
and the document will be checked by our legal department to ensure
compliance with the law.
4. A copy of any information you hold regarding the process followed to
check that the above policies and/or toolkit(s) are compliant with (and do
