Please note, some minor redactions have been made in line with S.40 –
Personal Information.  Redactions have been made where the individuals
concerned can be identified, but due to the circumstances of their job
role (e.g. junior, non-public facing, and/or non-public sector positions)
the person has no public profile, and there is no reasonable expectation
the information would be released into the public domain.

 

Section 40(2) - Personal Information represents information that
identifies a living individual, where disclosure of the information would
breach the principles of Article 5 of the General Data Protection
Regulation (2016) (GDPR).  Personal data is defined by Article 4(1) of the
GDPR and means any information relating to an identified or identifiable
natural person, who can be directly or indirectly identified from that
data. 

 

In accordance with the S.17 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, this
