Police Uniforms
Dear Dyfed Powys Police,
I was wondering if police officers are provided with a list at the start of each year of what uniform clothing they require for the following 12 months eg; Shirts, Trousers, High Vi Police Jacket etc etc. Also has each police officer got a maximum allowance in which to choose which clothing they require eg; Each Police Officer has 350 points, Long Hi Vi Police Jacket is 12 points, Tie is 5 points etc etc. Could you include all clothing including specialist uniform clothing eg; Elbow Protective Pads, Knee Protective Pads for riot officers etc etc.
Kindly Acknowledge on receipt of this request
Yours faithfully,
Emma Smith

There is no obligation under the act to disclaim vexation by identification.
He who claims vexation must prove vexation with evidence. Dyfed Powys Police are just avoiding the question by what could be said to amount to misfeasance.
