Dear NPIA FOI Team,

Thank you.

By 'technical documentation' I am referring to any document created in the technical development of the database (perhaps a design document) and technical documentation relating to APIs or SDKs used for accessing the database.

Yours sincerely,

Amazing ! What kind of DBMS are they running that does not allow them to run a report extracting the schema ?

They themselves quote the part of the regulations that say "costs which are attributable to the time spent by
persons undertaking any of the activities mentioned above are to be calculated at a standard rate of £25 per hour. This represents the estimated cost of one person
spending a maximum of 2½ working days dealing with a request."

So the claim that £1000/day is the appropriate rate seems wrong.
