Mark,
It was good to meet you earlier this week. I have been off work ill
so I have not had time to write a formal reply following our
meeting on Monday and am unlikely to now before late next week. If
you or your colleague from finance would like to give me a call I
can provide confirmation of the position in relation to reviewing
injury benefits.

A- Please provide all documentation which relate to the formal
reply following email number 2 which Joseph Whittle states he can, "provide confirmation of the position in relation to reviewing injury benefits".
B - If no such documentation exists, please provide me with details of persons or documents which authorise Joseph Whittle to inform Mark Simmonds that, "Also, to confirm what we discussed last week. Forces are able to carry out reviews of injury awards".
C - Please provide me with documentation which authorises the statement,"Forces are able to carry out reviews of injury awards".
D - Please provide me with any documentation that rescinds the guidance to Chief Officers England and Wales and Chairs of Police Authorities on the subject of Police Injury Reviews dated 10th March 2010.
