Dear Police Discipline Appeals Tribunal,

In relation to The Police (Conduct) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016, the new regulations governing PSNI discipline can the Police Appeals Tribunal advise the following:

1) How many applications have been made for an appeal of a disciplinary sanction from the Police Service of Northern Ireland under the new regulations?

2) How many of those applications were granted an appeal?

3) How many of the appeals to the Police Appeals Tribunal were successful i.e the appealing Officer being reinstated?
