Dear West Mercia Police and Crime Commissioner, (John Campion)

It has come to my attention that your colleagues in WMP (police officers) are driving around in a car that is not MOT'd, registration number KS64 NHD vauxhall astra are they above the law ?

The vehicle in question would therefore would have void insurance to be on the public highway, what are you prepared to do about this vehicle and the police officers driving it Mr Campion for and on the record".

The UCC files have been served on chief constable Anthony Bangham, is west mercia police going to compromise the UCC files via a harassment campaign on my good self for and on the record ?

Are you in control/accountable for the police Mr Campion ?

Kind regards,

peter danby & associates

Ali Rixom, West Mercia Police and Crime Commissioner

Dear Mr Danby,

Thank you for your email of 25th July 2018 regarding your FOI request in
respect of Police Car Not being MOT'd.

Please note this does not fit within the criteria of the FOI legislation,
but for your information the vehicle in question Vauxhall Astra KS64 NHD
is exempt from being MOT'd as it is a Police Vehicle provided for police
purposes and is maintained in Police workshops approved by the Secretary
of State. This applies to all police vehicles within West Mercia Police.

In respect of the reference you referred to in your email with regards to
the UCC files being served on the Chief Constable, would you please
clarify what you mean by this, just so that we can ensure we respond to
that part of your email correctly?
Yours sincerely

FOI Officer
Police and Crime Commissioner's Office
West Mercia

Dear Ali Rixom,

Chief Constable Anthony Bagham of West Mercia police has received various documents regarding the contract of the Uniform Commercial Code (https://i-uv.com/wp-content/uploads/2017...) he has accepted the contract, but is now in dishonour. The contract has put i back into common law, it also has a commercial lien with it, this is very serious". More files are available, but due to privacy i will not publicise them on this web page. I am prepared to correspond with you in private though Ali Rixom.

An affidavit of truth has recently given as evidence, police officers have ignored this, plus a warant for my arrest has not been seen by i or my partner, police are complicit in crimes against me. In my affidavit of truth i asked for a translator for the legalese which is a foreign langauge (not english) to trick me into acceptance. The magistates have not taken any notice of my affidavit of truth, this is serious". Please watch this link >> https://youtu.be/zpVwMECc-OM this link applies to the UK.

Yours sincerely,
