Dear Ministry of Justice,
Please can you say when your department first became aware of the number of Spm's POL was prosecuting for losses produced from Horizon data alone?Can you also say when you became aware of the process POL was employing to coerce SPM into pleading guilty when no evidential test could be met?How was a government dept(POL is entirely owned by the Government)able to brimg private prosecutions and not public ones?Does your dept have oversight over the Courts?In your role as The organisation that works together and with other government departments and agencies to bring the principles of justice to life for everyone in society what information have you exchanged with POL,BEIS and UKGI concerning Horizon prosecutions?
