Under the freedom of information act I would like the name of the individual who deliberately did not record Mr Peters complaint I am asking this question in the public interest as other people may be at risk if they come into contact with this individual.
Allegedly your staff have received management advice, under the freedom of information act I am requesting a copy of your forces management advice policy.

Under the freedom of information act I would like the name of the
individual who deliberately did not record Mr Peters complaint I am asking

Your request will be considered in accordance with the Freedom of
Information Act 2000. You should expect to be sent a response within the
statutory limit of 20 working days, subject to the provisions of the Act.
