Pleasure boat byelaws

Dear Boston Borough Council,

Please could you send me the text of any byelaws made under section 76 of the Public Health Act 1961 (seaside pleasure boats) currently in force in the Borough of Boston?

Good Afternoon,

Thank you for your request for information under the Freedom of Information Act, dated 14.07.2012.
