Dear Mr Parmar,

This is to acknowledge receipt of your request for information relating to
an organisation structure of all IT, Procurement, Finance and HR services.
This was received on 14 September 2016.

I can confirm that your request is being dealt with under the terms of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000 and that you can expect to receive a reply

Please can I have a organisation structure of all IT, Procurement, Finance
and HR services within your Trust, including team name, phone number and
team managers name?

We regret that we are unable to supply names and numbers of managers.  The
Whittington ICO policy regarding disclosure of staff information prohibits
us from releasing information to third parties, except that which is
already available publicly.  In our case this means staff information at
Director level.
