Dear Trent HR,
Thank you for your response however the link you provided is is to the 'public Access' Module from IDOX. which is the link to check the status of and view planning applications.
The information I requested is stored in IDOX and mainly relates to 'extensions of time' and this information is not available from your website.
This information has been requested from all the AGMA Authorities and is basically to be used for a news article we are writing about the pressure Planning Authorities are under to meet Planning Targets and to speed up decisions, better quality information needs to be provided by consultants etc.
Could you please therefore send the requested information.
Many Thanks
Jason Dugdale
Dear Mr Dugdale
The information you have requested is available. Extensions of time are duly highlighted and where decisions have been issued beyond the statutory period, the agreed extensions of time are also set out. Use the advanced search tab - Date received/Decision date.
Whilst I appreciate that this requires you to undertake the work and assessment, as the information is available freely, the Local Planning Authority have complied with the requirements of the regulations.
Many thanks,
Trent HR
