Please accept our apologies for the delay in responding to you. Please note that for ease, this response covers all four of your requests. Your requests were as follows:

#2021-186 - Please may we have copies of discussions, emails, internal emails and meeting notes from Tendring District Council Planning department pertaining to the above application and permitted development rights. We would also like anything that was discussed prior to the planning application, from August 2020 onwards.

#2021-187 - Please may we have copies of discussions, emails, internal emails and meeting notes involving Councillor Guglielmi and the Planning Department and other councillors with respect to the above planning application, pertaining to the application itself and any permitted development rights.
We would also like any minutes from the meeting between Councillor Guglielmi held on over Easter weekend with Councillors Wyn and Coley to discuss the application. (The meeting that was referred to in Bradfield Parish Council meeting on Tuesday April 6th 2021).

#2021-188 - Please may we have copies of discussions, emails, internal emails and meeting notes between the planning department and TDC councillors, in relation to complaints received and the site visit in September 2020 to Ragmarsh Farm campsite.

#2021-194 - Please may we have communications regarding Natural England's comments on the above planning reference.
We would also like a copy of Natural England's original "no objection" comment submitted on 21st December 2020 and emails and conversations surrounding the removal of that comment from the planning application and the replacement with an objection.

Having liaised with the relevant services please see the attached folder containing the answers to your enquiry. As well as providing these emails, please be advised that all other documents and consultee responses are online under the application ‘documents’ section on the Council's website.

Please note that some of the information you have requested constitutes personal data as it identifies individuals.
