Dear Mr Basanta

I have received your request made under the Freedom of Information Act
2000 (FOIA), namely:

‘Please could you supply me with a copy of all planning appeals involving
the re-use of redundant or disused buildings’.

To advise and assist you, we have undertaken a text search of all appeals
lodged since 2013 (as we hold five years of decisions on the Appeals
Casework Portal - ACP) which have the words ‘redundant’ or ‘disused’ in
the development or allegation description.  Unfortunately, due to the way
we hold and categorise appeal information, any relevant cases that do not
contain either or both of these words cannot be identified.

The results we have identified include Planning, Householder (HAS) and
Listed Building Consent & Conservation Area appeals.  These are attached
for information.

The Planning Inspectorate publishes all decisions for a rolling 5 year
period on a quarterly basis (currently to September 2017) which can be
found at:

I hope this is of help.  A copy of our review procedures is also attached.

Yours sincerely

Aggie Lewis-Jones
