Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would kindly request all feasibility and cost benefit analysis documentation relating to the planned new council offices at Top Wighay Farm along with any other options considered.

Secondly I believe a review of the plans for the new offices were put on hold pending the Covid pandemic and the Council's new hybrid working strategy. I would like a copy of this review please.

The information requested is in the public domain available on our public

and documents.

The February 2020 and December 2020 Policy committee papers provide the
feasibility and cost benefit information, including comprehensive location
studies.

I have downloaded and attached these.

The recent Economic Development and Asset Management (EDAM) committee
paper explains on the reasoning for the hiatus and summarises the outcome
of the review – to proceed with the four schemes detailed therein, which
there is already an established rationale for (as per previous papers
above).

The review is ongoing and any significant findings as a result of our move
to a hybrid working model will be incorporated into the programme in due
course.
