Placement of Syrian refugees in Northumberland

We're waiting for W Short to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Home Office,

Could you please indicate if any plans exist to place Syrian refugees in Northumberland.
If no plans exist, what plans are there and at what date to develop such a plan?
When will a distribution plan be formed for refugees across English counties or county councils?

Yours faithfully,
Bill Short

Dear Home Office,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Home Office's handling of my FOI request 'Placement of Syrian refugees in Northumberland'.

The reasons given for refusal of this request are completely bogus. It in no way places any individual at risk. The request is for general information about a County. This response shows how civil servants can attempt to completely ignore freedom of information.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/p...

Yours faithfully,

W Short
