Thank you for your information request dated 21^st July 2015.  The Council
has the information you asked for.  However, I can only give you some of
the information:

 

 

Since 2012 we have received the following complaints about events in the
bandstand:-

 

30/7/2012 - loud music concerts

19/6/2013- music too loud

18/7/2014- music noise from bandstand and events

20/9/2014 - music noise too high

 

 

The information I am able to supply in respect of the number of complaints
received, but not the names because it is exempt from disclosure.  I have
set out the reasons for this decision below:-

Many thanks for your response. Whilst I would usually agree that the privacy of residents who complain is important, in this case I understand that one of more noise complaints directed at the bandstand have emanated from elected councilors. It is in the public interest the that council disclose.
