Photographs of ministers and DPM

The request was refused by Cabinet Office.

Steve Elibank

Dear Sir/Madam,

Do you hold electronic, high resolution 'portrait style' photographs of your new (Coalition) ministers and of the Deputy Prime Minister? (I would consider a photograph to be of high resolution if either of its dimensions exceeded 1400 pixels.)

If 'yes', under what circumstances would you consider releasing any or all of the said photos to the public?

Yours faithfully,
Steve Elibank

Dear Mr Elibank,

Thank you for your request for information which we received on 28 May.

I can confirm that we do hold some information in relation to your request. For your reference I attach electronic photographs of Cabinet Office Ministers Nick Hurd MP and Baroness Warsi. You will also find high resolution pictures at http://www.flickr.com/cabinetoffice, which also includes pictures of Francis Maude MP, Oliver Letwin MP and the Deputy Prime Minister. These pictures fall within the scope of your request in respect of the image being "high-resolution" (one or both dimensions equal to or larger than 1200 pixels).

These are not images used on security passes (which do not qualify as being hi-resolution). We do not hold any other images which fall within the scope of your request.

If you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your request or wish to request an internal review, you should write to:
