Request
"Residents wish to know why planning permission wasn't needed."

Response
There are instances where a formal planning application is not required. This is commonly known as permitted development. The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) contains the legislative framework to determine whether or planning permission is required. Part 16 of this document deals with telecommunications equipment and sets out the limitations in which planning permission is not required.

Request
"Residents wish to know on the public access website, that there are no contact details for the company that have errected the masts. We wish to know why it states appeal status - unknown. And the appeal decision is unknown.
I trust that this will be answered honestly and truthfully."

Response
In your clarification email dated 26th November 2021 you stated the following " The last paragraph regarding status unknown on the public access site, you can leave for now" therefore we have not answered this question.
