Phasing Questions about the Aylesbury Estate Regeneration in SE17

The request was partially successful.

Dear Southwark Borough Council,

1. What date did the following blocks Phases become active?
Bradenham (1-41)
Bradenham (42-256)
Arklow (1-28)
Chiltern (1-172)
Chartridge (1-105)
Chartridge (106-149)
Wolverton (1-59)
Northchurch (57-76)

2. Why were the Phases now known as 1b/1c not activated in 2008/9, as stated in the first Home Owner guide?

3. Please provide all the reports that explain and authorize this delay.

4. How were the leaseholders now in phase in 1b/1c notified about the delay? Please provide all correspondence with the leaseholders (with leaseholder details omitted) notifying them of the delay to activation which contains an explanation to the delay and notification of the new activation timeline.

5. Please provide proof of correspondence (with leaseholder details omitted) of how you notified Northchurch (57-76) was now active and the reason why they had been activated early. This should detail information which specifies that the new offers differ from any previous early purchase offers that were non-negotiable. Providing me with a copy of the homeowner guide is not acceptable as a letter must have accompanied the guide to explain the fact their new offer was different from previous offers. I wish to see the accompanying letter.

6. I have previously requested documents submitted to the 2 tribunals and been denied, however the council have stated verbally to me they would be provided. Please provide all documentation and reports submitted to the 2 tribunals by Southwark Council that evaluated the values for properties on the Aylesbury Estate. This directly involves council expenditure and should be available for justification.

Yours faithfully,

J.Bos
