Pharmacy payment data

The request was partially successful.

Dear Lincolnshire County Council,

I was wondering if I could please request details of payments made to pharmacies for locally commissioned NHS or private services, for example smoking cessation, emergency hormonal contraception, supervised consumption of medicines, & needle exchange services.

If you could kindly provide this in spreadsheet(s) format, with a breakdown by pharmacy (name and address), month, service, and payment, I would greatly appreciate it (if you also have the ODS code identifier for the pharmacy, then please kindly include this also). If possible, details of the most recent 12 months worth of payments.

Yours faithfully,

oliver staunton

Request

I was wondering if I could please request details of payments made to
pharmacies for locally commissioned NHS or private services, for example
smoking cessation, emergency hormonal contraception, supervised
consumption of medicines, & needle exchange services.

If you could kindly provide this in spreadsheet(s) format, with a

the pharmacy, then please kindly include this also). If possible, details
of the most recent 12 months' worth of payments.

Response

Please see attached information which shows the name of the Pharmacy and
what payments they have had made for both PBSAP (Pharmacy based Supervised
Administration Programme) and EHC.  I have included payments for 2017/18
as well as Q1 2018/19.    You will see from the spreadsheet for EHC, this
is broken down into payment for the consultation and the treatment.  You
will also notice for Q1 2018/19, there are no figures for PBSAP; this is
because this service is no longer being carried out by LCC.

Lincolnshire County Council does not make payments to pharmacies for the
needle exchange.

Lincolnshire County Council don’t directly pay pharmacies for NRT
(Nicotine Replacement Therapy), we pay Quit 51 who reimburse the
pharmacies. Also this is the same for some Sexual Health Services.

Lincolnshire County Council believes that the response outlined above
satisfies your request for information under the Freedom of Information
Act and that all information that can be made available to you has been
provided.

You are entitled to an internal review of the administration of your
request. You can request an internal review by contacting
[4][email address]. Should you remain dissatisfied following the
outcome of the review you can submit a formal complaint to the Information
Commissioner's Office. Further information can be obtained from their
website [5]www.ico.org.uk.

Once again, thank you for your enquiry.

Yours sincerely
