Pharmacy Management and Staffing
Dear Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust,
I would be grateful if you could provide me with the following information under the guidance of the Freedom of Information Act:
1. Copy of pharmacy staffing structure, including bandings
2. List of job titles for all "pharmacist" positions
3. Copies of Job Descriptions and Person Specifications for
- Band 6 Pharmacist (this is sometimes called rotational clinical pharmacist)
- Band 7 Pharmacist (this is sometimes called senior rotational clinical pharmacist / specialist pharmacist)
- Band 8a Pharmacist (this is sometimes called highly specialised pharmacist / advanced pharmacist / lead pharmacist)
4. Total WTE for each of the positions:
- Band 6 Pharmacist (this is sometimes called rotational clinical pharmacist)
- Band 7 Pharmacist (this is sometimes called senior rotational clinical pharmacist / specialist pharmacist)
- Band 8a Pharmacist (this is sometimes called highly specialised pharmacist / advanced pharmacist / lead pharmacist)

Dear Requestor,
Thank you for your Freedom of Information request.
We are now in an emergency situation with regard to the COVID pandemic,
therefore, please be aware that if we are dealing with your request during
lockdown there may be severe delays. Any requests that relate to COVID we
request that you withdraw until our areas are in Tier 1.
We will make every effort and are endeavouring to respond to other
requests (that do not impact on COVID Information / Clinical areas) within
the 20 working days of receipt, due to ongoing current operational
pressures, there may still be some delays if the request relates to
certain teams that are still involved heavily in Covid-19 tasks.
Please note, due to staff working from home, requests delivered by post
will not be processed before Covid-19 movement restrictions are lifted.
We will continue to update you on the progress of your request should it
be delayed.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in these matters.
