I wish to request the following information under the terms of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000 'The Act'.
In order to assist you with this request, I am outlining my query
as specifically as possible. As you will understand, this may not
be a definitive list of relevant information.
You should also be aware that it is a requirement of the act to
respond in full within 20 working days.
Please provide me the following:
1.0 A list of all current Train Operating Companies (TOCS) that operate a Penalty Fare scheme.
1.1 Please provide the legal entity of the TOCs authorised and the trading names.
1.2 Please provide the relevant legislation that these TOCs are able to Penalty Fare under.
2.0 Please provide a list of Authorised Penalty Fare stations.
2.1 Please provide this list broken down into seperate TOC and as seperate .txt files. Where more then one TOC may call at a station this must be duplicated in each list. Eg St Pancras has more then one PF TOC.
3.0 Please provide a list of any authorised compulsory Ticket Areas in force.
3.1 Again please provide this information broken down into TOCs
4.0 I require this information to be sent to me in .txt format and under the terms of the act you have to provide the information in the format the requester requests.
