Person trading in live exports with animal welfare conviction
Dear Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs,
I note that the Dutch Exporter Onderwater continues to trade
with live exports out of Ramsgate in spite of his 6 convictions under the Animal Welfare Act in May 2010 where he was fined £10,000.
Could the department tell me what is the legal ;osition concerning a convicted person continuing to trade in this way
Yours faithfully,
Angela Walder
Dear Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs,
I am still awaiting a response to the question I put some time ago. Could you please advise me as to reason for delay
Yours faithfully,
Angela
Dear Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs,I am still awaiting a request to my question on persons with convictions involved in live animal transport.
Could I please ask for an internal review as to the time I have been waiting as by law I should have received a response some time ago
Yours faithfully,
Angela Walder
