Dear The Financial Conduct Authority,

Over 6 weeks ago I wrote to you asking for a copy of the guidance and legislation that has been given to credit card providers in connection to persistent debt concerns and the increase in payment value.

I would like to know what the specific legislation/guidance states that relates to the amount of repayment that a credit card provider can ask.

In order to be able to fully understand their position, I require a copy in full as provided to them by the FCA.

Although I asked for this 6 weeks ago, I have had neither an acknowledgement nor response leaving me with no option but to go through this formal route.

Yours faithfully,

Aiden M Quinn
