1 Where is the Perry Barr site advertised for sale?
It is not

2 How much is the site advertised for?
It is not being marketed so there is no guide price

3 How many acres is the site?
The Site area = 17.26 hectares [1 hectare = 10,000 square metres]
Please note: the above figure describes the following: the main teaching campus, student residences, Doug Ellis Sports Centre and land at 46-48 Wellhead Lane

4 Is there any building restrictions on the site? I.e. is there a restriction on what can be built on it?
It is a freehold site owned by the University. Any alternative use of the site will be subject to the Planning Authority.

5 How many offers have you got on the site?

6 What is the long term plan of the accommodation facility in Perry Barr?
Our current business plan is for the purpose built accommodation blocks owned by the University to remain in University ownership.

7 Is the Sports Hall for sale?
No

8 Will Cedd House remain in Perry Barr?
Cedd House is not owned by the University.
