Dear Environment Agency,

 

There were a few conditions to the permit variation(EPR/AP3237YS/V002)
issued in 2021 to IGas Energy Enterprise Ltd at the SIngleton Well Site
(address above) which included several improvement plans that IGas is to
adhere to.

 

Please can you send a copy of IGas’s response to the permits Improvement
plans.

In particular, relevant procedures written into the Operator’s management
system at Singleton including:

 

1.      Secondary and Tertiary Containment Plan (IC1)

 

2.      Leak Detection and Repair Plan (IC2)

 

3.      Groundwater Monitoring Plan for the operational phase as well as
for decommissioning of the Singleton well site. (IC3)

 

4.      Gas Management Plan –how the operator is managing waste gas from
production?(IC4) and plan identifying operator’s identified method for
reducing the

impact of gas emissions to atmosphere.(IC5)

 

5.      Evidence of emissions monitoring from [each of]

the emission point[s] on the site(IC6)

 

6.      Surface Water Management Plan (IC7)

7.       Condition Report Review(IC8)

 

8.      Written evidence of monitoring of the composition of the feed gas
(as per condition 3.5.9)
