I am writing to request an internal review of Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust's handling of my FOI request 'Permission to film or photograph tent outside Addenbrooke's Emergency Department' which I submitted on 15 September 2021.
I requested:
"Could you please release copies or records of any "express prior permission of the Communications Team" permitting filming or photography of the tent which is reportedly outside the entrance to the Emergency Department at Addenbrooke's Hospital as of 14/15 September 2021."
Your response of 5 October 2021 stated:
"The Trust’s Communications Team has not given verbal or written permission for such filming"
The aspect of my request in relation to photography has not been addressed.

Our Communications Team have provided the following information in response to your request;
The Trust at no point gave written permission for any filming of photography of the tent - at the time this FOI was submitted.
However, we have since had a BBC film crew on site (Tuesday 12th Oct) and while filming in various locations under supervision, the BBC Look East team did film outside A&E and got some footage of ‘the tent’ with Trust supervision and with Trust permission.
