Thank you for your information request, submitted with Mid Ulster District
Council under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the Act) on 13/01/2023
seeking documentation held on the Council's actions to combat period
poverty. The council has considered your request and responds as detailed.

Q1. Documentation relating to your council's actions to combat period
poverty

Response: The Council responds to confirm that the matter has been
discussed at Officer level within the organisation in light of legislation
passing through the NI Assembly and receiving Royal Assent in 2022.
Specific actions have not been undertaken to date. Council confirms that
it does not hold the requested information on this occasion.
