Performance of 390 and 393 routs in Camden

Paul Gibson made this Freedom of Information request to Transport for London This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

The authority would like to / has responded by postal mail to this request.

Dear Transport for London,

Please could you provide me with the most recent detailed journey time analysis of routes 390 and 393 in the borough of Camden that was carried out in 2020. I am particularly interested in where and when delays occur (between what stops and how long these delays are) compared to expected journey times.

Also please can you give details of what time of day the delays happen (morning peak, evening peak and outside of peak).

I would like this data both for the routes in both directions please.

Yours faithfully,

Paul Gibson

Dear FOI,

I made an FOI request to Transport for London back on March 5th 2021. I hade a confirmation of receipt from TLF and was given the reference number: TfL Ref: FOI-2504-2021 for my request. I was also told I would have a response by April 6th 2021 in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000. However, I have had no further correspondence.

By law, under all circumstances, Transport For London should have responded by now. I would like to request an internal review to begin with and in the absence of a response to this I will complain to the Information Commissioner.

Yours sincerely,

Paul Gibson

FOI, Transport for London

Dear Mr Gibson,

I can see from our records that a response was issued to you on 17 March 2021.

Having looked into this it appears that the whatdotheyknow website has not accepted the email because the file size exceeds 8MB of data. However I am content that the response was correctly issued to the email address provided within the statutory deadline. I have attempted to reattach the response that was issued but, again, the website is not allowing receipt.

Please get in touch with us directly citing your FOI reference number and we will re-send your response to an email address of your choosing. Our direct email address can be found at the following link: https://tfl.gov.uk/corporate/transparenc...

Yours sincerely

Lee Hill
